Visa/Permits Requirements for Nepal - To enter into Nepal, No Visa is required for Indian National, however one should carry with them Voter Id card / Driving License. For Indian nationals entering via Tribhuvan International Airport they must not forget to carry the passports or voter id, no other identity cards will be accepted.
Nepal Currency / Credit Card and Conversion - Nepal currency is NPR and it is 1 : 0.60 with Indian Rupee, INR. Only 100 Rupees Indian Notes are accepted in Nepal. The ATM facility in Nepal is very widespread in Nepal. All major international credit cards are accepted in most part of Nepal, however it is advise able to use it in major cities like Kathmandu and Pokhara
